Which track should we discuss?

Two questions help frame the conversation. This guide does not determine licensing, technical fit or readiness.

Where should your team review requests?
What matters for the distributor handoff?

Before a pilot begins

One workflow. Clear responsibilities.

01 / Bring

A representative request

Choose one product family and a fictional scenario. Identify the field user, distributor perspective and reviewer.

02 / Agree

The implementation scope

Confirm the track, licensing, access, catalog ownership and support responsibilities. Duration, fees and services need separate agreement.

03 / Evaluate

Evidence for a decision

Agree on completeness, attribution, exceptions and stop conditions. Begin with synthetic data; authorize real data and live notifications separately.

Questions to bring to the table

A useful pilot starts
with clear responsibilities.

Implementation

Which workflow and environment? Who owns catalog quality, distributor mapping, configuration, training and ongoing support? What requires migration or a connector?

Licensing & commercial terms

Which users need access? For Salesforce, which licenses and permissions fit the chosen scope? Software, implementation, support and third-party costs need separate agreement. Pricing is not published.

Security & data review

Who may create, read and review requests? Agree on identity, hosting, retention, backups, attachments, incident responsibilities and data terms. Existing tests do not constitute a comprehensive security audit.

Pilot acceptance

What evidence proves the request is reviewable? How will you assess missing details, distributor attribution, access boundaries and exception handling? Live email is a separate acceptance gate.
